Each dinner is a collaboration between Twin Linden Catering and Terrain and Table Designs, bringing together exceptional culinary talent and inspired artistry.
Chefs John and Don begin curating the menu weeks in advance. They meet with local farmers and growers to source the freshest seasonal ingredients — pasture‑raised meats, heirloom vegetables, orchard fruits, plus herbs, greens and veggies harvested from The Inn at Twin Linden’s own gardens.
Every course is designed to showcase the flavors of the season at their absolute peak.
Tablescapes That Transform the Meadow Into a Work of Art
While the chefs are crafting the menu, Maureen from Terrain and Table Designs is visiting local farm stands and markets to gather fresh flowers, herbs, and fruit. Her tablescapes are breathtaking — elegant, organic, and perfectly attuned to the season.
